Important Update About Our Policies
Applications
While we do review applications in the order they are received, spaces are limited by category, and your spot is not guaranteed simply by applying early. Our goal is to curate a balanced and vibrant marketplace, so some categories may fill up quickly.
Conduct
Please remember: this event is completely organized by volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to make this market a success for everyone. We are committed to creating a positive experience for all involved.
All participants—vendors and guests alike—are expected to act respectfully and responsibly.
Any behavior that creates an uncomfortable or disruptive environment for fellow vendors, guests, or event staff—whether through overly aggressive sales tactics or disrespectful interactions—may result in being asked to leave the event and not being invited back in the future, regardless of previous participation or affiliation. Our goal is to foster a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Unapproved solicitation is strictly prohibited.
Booth Responsibility
All vendors are fully responsible for their own booth space, including all merchandise, equipment, and setup materials. Please note that there is no formal event security, so we strongly advise that you do not leave your booth unattended. If you choose to step away, any loss or damage incurred is your responsibility.
Vendor Liability
While we do not require vendors to carry business licenses or liability insurance, please be aware that our event organizers and host location are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages that occur in or around your booth. We trust that you will maintain a safe and professional space for both yourself and your customers.
Children, Guests & Supervision
We love when families attend and support our market, but we do not offer childcare services, and each vendor is responsible for supervising any guests or children they bring. Please ensure that all members of your party behave respectfully toward other vendors and attendees. Any damages caused by unsupervised individuals will be the vendor’s responsibility.
Communication & Spot Forfeiture
We do our best to keep communication timely and clear. In return, we ask that vendors remain responsive throughout the application and preparation process. If we do not hear back from you in a reasonable timeframe, we will assume you are no longer interested and reserve the right to forfeit your spot to another applicant. This helps us maintain an organized, successful event for everyone involved.
Photography & Marketing Use
Our dedicated marketing team will be taking photos throughout the event to highlight the vibrant community and incredible vendor products. By submitting your application, you are granting permission for us to take and use photographs of your booth and products for promotional use, including social media, event marketing, and future applications. We’re excited to showcase your work and help bring more visibility to your brand!
