Please join us as we enjoy hosting another wonderful craft market. We will provide pre-event advertising and request that you do so also. Applying is free. Upon acceptance to be a participating vendor, each 10×10′ space has a non-refundable booth fee which goes towards marketing of the event. This is expected to be paid within 5 business days of application approval. Failure to submit payment in a timely manner will surrender your spot. This will be an outdoor event. Please bring your own tables, chairs, cash box, and EZ up with a minimum of 100lb weights. We are not able to accommodate power or wifi. You will be making all your own sales. This is a rain or shine event and registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Space is limited so apply now to secure a spot!

The event will open at 9am and continue to 3pm.
You will be responsible for the set up and clean-up of your space before and after the event.
This event is held at a church and run by its members. Please understand that we cannot have the sale or display of certain items deemed inappropriate for this craft market. Items that are Halloween-themed, have skulls, witchcraft, or are alcohol-themed are not allowed. This is a family-friendly event.

Applying below doesn’t officially secure your spot. Our administrators make an effort to ensure diversity of vendors for a successful market for everyone. Administrators will start to approve applicants starting August 30th, then after will reach out to you within 5 business days, updating the status of your application. A booth space 10′ x 10′ and the cost is $35. Upon accepted application, you will be expected to pay for the space promptly to ensure your participation at the event.

Thanks so much for your interest in being part of our vendors for the Sweet Magnolia Craft Market, but due to the overwhelming response of vendor applications, we’ve currently suspended new applications. The volunteer team is currently verifying submitted applications to make sure there is a variety of booths. We may reopen the application process for 2022, but are unable to determine at this time if this is a possibility.
